| 促红细胞生成素治疗糖尿病肾病预防左心室重构进展 |

[摘 要] 糖尿病肾病(DN)早期会造成肾性贫血,而贫血导致左心室的重构和心功能的改变。促红细胞生成素( EPO)不仅有促进造血的作用,还具有潜在的组织和细胞保护作用。改善贫血可使DN患者的心脏左心室质量指数(LVM I)得到改善,从而起到改善患者心功能的作用,为临床DN心脏重构的早期预防和早期治疗提供了新的思路和方法。随着研究的不断深入, EPO可能在DN的临床治疗中发挥重要作用。

[ Abstract] Early diabetic nephropa thy results in rena l anem ia, and anem ia leads to the change of lef t ventricularrem odeling and ca rdiac func tion. Erythropoie tin not only p rom ote the effec t of blood, but a lso has potentia l protective effec t on tissues and cells, it has been resea rched in the ca rdiovascular sys tem diseases. LVM I of patients with DN will be advanced by changing anem ia, and it p rovides new ideas and m e thods for ea rly prevention and treatm ent of c linica l ca rdiac rem ode ling, w ith the continuous deepening of the s tudy, EPO m ay p lay an important role in the c linica l treatment of DN.
